About The Position

This is a 100% remote position where the technician can sit anywhere. The role requires working within Central Time Zone hours, with flexible working hours between 8:30 am CST and 8:30 pm CST. The primary function involves making up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a call center environment. This is a contract position.

Requirements

• Active CPhT Certification - or equivalent certification (this will be verified)
• Experience in a call center role
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology
• Experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
• Proficient in English

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND second language)
• Medical Assistant Certs NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP)
