About The Position

Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Day/Evening Shift. Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts. Schedules vary 8:00AM – 8:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. UW Health’s Community Pharmacy team is growing! We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to help our patients fill and pick up prescriptions in our retail pharmacies. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong mathematical skills, and critical thinking skills to identify and prioritize work while managing time within a busy work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

  • Previous pharmacy experience is wonderful but not required!
  • Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
