As a Prescription Fulfillment Technician, you’ll support automated pharmacy operations by preparing, packaging, and distributing medications. You’ll ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance while contributing to McKesson’s mission of improving healthcare outcomes.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in pharmacy or a relevant field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or In‑Training License
Nice To Haves
- PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician
- 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience
- Strong computer skills; warehouse or healthcare logistics experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform medication packaging and distribution with precision
- Fill and verify prescriptions using pharmacy systems
- Stock automated cells and manage inventory through barcode scanning
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and pharmacy protocols to protect patient safety
- Support daily production goals in a fast‑paced healthcare logistics environment
