As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll support our Pharmacists in daily operations — from filling prescriptions to coordinating with providers and insurers — all while delivering the quality care our patients depend on.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee license in state of practice

Responsibilities
- Receives and fills prescription requests for patients and maintains patient records.
- Provides excellent customer service and assists the Pharmacist in meeting department operational requirements.
- Retrieves, pours, counts, labels, and reconstitutes prescription medications.
- Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information through the pharmacy’s computer network to maintain accurate records.
- Packages and labels products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
- Obtains refill authorizations from prescribers.
- Processes and prepares third-party insurance claims.
- Coordinates prescriptions with providers, clients, and third parties.
- Maintains pharmacy inventory.
- Prepares reports related to sales, usage, and inventory.
- Maintains and cleans equipment, work areas, and shelves.
- Follows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment and client care.
- Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment.
- Adheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations.
- Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirements.
