You will work with a Registered Pharmacist to fill and deliver medication orders, prepare IV medications, and inspect and organize inventory. The work you do makes a tremendous impact! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong background in math, is required.
- Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of computers, aseptic technique for IV preparations, and medications routinely stocked in the pharmacy, as necessary.
- Must be certified Pharmacy Tech or be enrolled in accredited Pharmacy program or progressing towards PharmD. (Effective May 1, 2020)
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred.
