About The Position

Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is seeking ambitious, impactful, and goal-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join their growing team. This is a part-time evening shift position. Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is the only 100% female-owned and founded closed-door pharmacy in the United States serving the correctional population, shipping over 60,000 prescriptions daily to over 750 correctional facilities nationwide. Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician license in Tennessee is required but can be attained with help from the company within 90 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and perform tasks efficiently with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and the ability to complete job duties with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening process.
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors.

• CPhT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill and/or label prescriptions daily utilizing multiple methods of preparation including automated tablet packaging technology, prepack machines, label conveyor application, and hand packing of prescriptions as needed
• Perform setup, adjustment, and operation of light pharmacy machinery as needed to support daily production requirements
• Accurate packaging and shipping of prescriptions on a daily basis.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all tasks
• Other duties as assigned
