About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician at its specialty pharmacy in Buffalo, New York. The technician assists pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers with daily workflow for dispensing specialty prescription medications to patients or providers and performing other pharmacy-related functions. The role is responsible for completing assigned tasks each day. The available schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour and up. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to employees who start before December 28, 2026.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge.
Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, including sig codes and Roman numerals, as well as brand and generic medication names.
Basic math and analytical skills.
Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).

Responsibilities

Prepare prescriptions for dispensing by printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product.
Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
Complete assigned tasks daily and work accurately and efficiently when entering information.
