About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a community-focused independent pharmacy in the Bellingham, WA area. This opportunity offers full-time hours available over an approximately three-month period while maintaining the flexibility of a per diem schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys independent pharmacy practice, personalized patient care, and the ability to choose as few or as many shifts as desired based on their availability.
Requirements
- Active Washington Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
- Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Prescription processing and data entry
- Customer service and patient support
- Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations
- Maintain accurate records and workflow efficiency
- Support inventory management and general pharmacy functions
