About The Position
This is a 100% remote Pharmacy Technician job. Equipment will be provided. You will be handling anywhere from 60-100 calls a day in this role. The calls will be in regard to adherence for medications.
Requirements
- Nationally certified (CPHT) to be considered
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology
- 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
Responsibilities
- Handling 60-100 calls a day regarding medication adherence.
