About The Position
The Pharmacy Technician assists the Pharmacist, under the Pharmacist’s supervision, in the daily operation of the Pharmacy. The position is with Bridgton Hospital in Bridgton, Maine. The listed schedule is part-time, four 8-hour shifts, while the posting’s Employment Status section states full time and the Shift section states days.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration, if required by state regulations.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous pharmacy technician experience.
- Graduation from an ASHP-accredited or equivalent pharmacy technician training program.
- 340B program experience, if at a 340B facility.
