About The Position

CVS Health Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy operations and service excellence in retail locations. Depending on state law and required training and certification, technicians may also provide services such as immunizations, point-of-care testing, or staffing offsite clinics. Where permitted, immunizer duties may include preparing and administering vaccines, educating patients, referring vaccination questions to the pharmacist, responding to and reporting adverse reactions, documenting patient information, and managing vaccine supplies.
