About The Position

Supports Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care, primarily across three medication adherence measures for diabetic members. This is a call center environment where people will be making up to 100+ calls a day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C
• Medical Assistant Certs NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology
• 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
• Proficient in English
• CPhT certification
• Call center experience

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND second language)
