Our Sterile Compounding Pharmacies include Cancer Institute, Infusion Center pharmacies, and the Consolidated Service Center. Sterile Compounding Technicians expertly prepare medications in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques and meeting USP <797>/<800> standards. They maintain and document cleanroom and equipment compliance, including proper gowning, hood cleaning and environmental controls. They perform accurate medication measurements, calculations, labeling and recordkeeping, and ensure the Pharmacy is thoroughly cleaned, organized and well-stocked.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Idaho pharmacy technician License

Nice To Haves

Two (2) + years' experience

Responsibilities

Prepare medications in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques and meeting USP <797>/<800> standards.
Maintain and document cleanroom and equipment compliance, including proper gowning, hood cleaning and environmental controls.
Perform accurate medication measurements, calculations, labeling and recordkeeping.
Ensure the Pharmacy is thoroughly cleaned, organized and well-stocked.
