About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for its specialty pharmacy in Buffalo, New York. The technician assists pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers with daily workflow to dispense specialty prescription medications to patients or providers and perform other pharmacy-related functions. The role is responsible for completing assigned tasks each day. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST. The starting salary is $22.00 per hour and up. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for employees who start before December 28, 2026.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge.
• Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, including sig codes and Roman numerals, and brand and generic medication names.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
• Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for dispensing by printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product.
• Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, including when inputting information.
• Work independently, meet deadlines, and remain flexible.
