About The Position

The Pharmacy Technician in Hoboken plays a critical role in supporting pharmacists to ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to patients. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NJ Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from an accredited program or state certification where required.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication dispensing procedures.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems enables efficient management of prescriptions, inventory, and billing processes.
• Strong communication skills are used daily to provide clear information and support to patients and healthcare providers, fostering trust and understanding.
• Organizational skills help maintain a clean and compliant pharmacy environment, which is critical for operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities
