About The Position
Reed’s Compounding Pharmacy is seeking dynamic, customer-focused retail and lab pharmacy technicians to join our growing team full-time. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality medications for both people and pets. As a member of our team, you’ll work collaboratively to create custom solutions that make a difference in our clients’ lives, taking their health care beyond a one-size fits all approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PTCB Certification (Required)
- Arizona State Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Arizona State Pharmacy Technician License or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (Required)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Compound human and veterinary non-sterile compounds such as creams, suspensions, capsules, troches, suppositories and more.
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Data entry
- Counting, packaging, labeling, and preparing customer orders
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment
- Merchandizing and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Other pharmacy-related duties as needed
