Requirements

• Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician in Training license OR willingness to obtain one to become eligible to receive an offer
• If you are unlicensed and selected for an offer after your interview, you must register to become eligible to receive an offer—Humana will reimburse the registration fee.
• As part of the hiring process, a background check and drug screening are required.
• Experience in pharmacy, customer service, retail, call center, warehouse, OR manufacturing
• Ability to stand/walk the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and bend, twist, and reach frequently
• Strong communication skills & problem-solving mindset
• Strong critical thinking and initiative

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in pharmacy dispensing
• Basic to moderate Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage medication inventory
• Label and prepare medications
• Assist with fulfilling prescription orders
• Operate or support automated medication dispensing equipment
• Help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
