About The Position
This position is for a Pharmacy Technician at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role is per diem, with scheduled hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. The pharmacy technician will be responsible for supporting pharmacy operations.
Requirements
- Current licensure from the State of Illinois. Candidates without a license may work in this role for 60 days from date of license application through Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation.
- Those enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy are exempt from certification requirements, but will need to obtain a “Pharmacy Technician- Student Designation” license from IDFPR.
- Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification within two (2) years of date license was first issued.
