This position is responsible for providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives. It works with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues and provide member support for programs and initiatives. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)
  • High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Managed care customer service experience
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required including ability to learn various data base software applications as needed
  • Drug information skills
  • Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills including capacity to understand complex oral and written directions as well as technical information
  • Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that exhibits a positive attitude and embraces and adapts to change
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred

Responsibilities
