About The Position

This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician Representative role onsite at our Norcross location. As a Pharmacy Technician Representative you will be responsible assisting pharmacists with dispensing and shipping medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines. You will communicate with team members internally and externally to ensure our patients receive timely accurate deliveries. Use the knowledge you gain from training, your problem-solving skills, and support from your team to manage inventory, coordinate record retention, package and ship medications, and assist with facility operations. Help to manage and store inventory in correct and safe manner following USP Guidelines. Work within USP 800 Hazardous Guidelines and other drug handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our team and patients. Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail. You will be busy handling multiple requests at any given time as well as documenting information in our computer system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Valid Georgia Pharmacy technician license required.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/pharmacy production environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
  • Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting
  • National certification
