Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting
  • Must be willing to cross train and expand their skills throughout the pharmacy.
  • MO Pharmacy Technician License required.
  • General PC knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email skills, preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and unrelenting drive for excellent Patient care.
  • Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research about pharmacy orders and investigate pharmacy shipping issues.
  • Act as liaison between the Pharmacy & Front End.
  • Support the team with some leadership responsibilities as are designated to them.
  • Operate pharmacy machinery such programs and robots.
  • Other duties as assigned.
