Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting
- Must be willing to cross train and expand their skills throughout the pharmacy.
- MO Pharmacy Technician License required.
- General PC knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email skills, preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and unrelenting drive for excellent Patient care.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research about pharmacy orders and investigate pharmacy shipping issues.
- Act as liaison between the Pharmacy & Front End.
- Support the team with some leadership responsibilities as are designated to them.
- Operate pharmacy machinery such programs and robots.
- Other duties as assigned.
