About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) supporting a respected specialty infusion pharmacy in Tukwila, WA. This is a desk-based pharmacy technician role focused on patient intake, onboarding, and coordination of home infusion services. This assignment is ideal for a pharmacy technician who enjoys administrative work, patient interaction over the phone, and detail-oriented data entry.
Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician experience (retail, infusion, or specialty preferred)
- Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional phone presence and customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Work closely with infusion pharmacists and coordinators to onboard new patients
- Initiate and maintain patient records in the pharmacy system
- Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information with a high level of accuracy
- Provide customer service and communicate with patients by phone
- Support coordination of home medication deliveries
- Maintain compliance and accuracy in all documentation
