About The Position
Licensed pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in performing patient care activities including preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the medication inventory, and supporting clinical documentation related to medication therapies. Licensed pharmacy technicians are part of the first line to providing safe high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. Munson Healthcare's Pharmacy Technician Trainee Program provides the opportunity to learn on the job while building the skills needed for a successful career as a pharmacy technician.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current pharmacy technician license in the state of Michigan or eligible for licensure
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Reliability and a keen attention to detail

- Healthcare experience is preferred
