About The Position

CALRegional is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Pharmacy Technician Lead Instructor. This role involves instructing students in all aspects of the Pharmacy Technician Field, reporting and recording student performance, and preparing them for a 120-hour externship in a retail or hospital Pharmacy after 182 hours of class time. Instructors are also responsible for assisting students in developing appropriate values, attitudes, and ideas for the healthcare profession and serving as a professional role model. Requirements

Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
3 years of experience in the Pharmacy field.
Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
Efficient with computers and technology.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class.

Nice To Haves

Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Instructing students in all aspects of the Pharmacy Technician Field.
