Requirements

  • Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License (required before hire)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • A strong team player who enjoys working with others
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working on their feet throughout the entire shift
  • Able to meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Filling, packaging, and preparing prescription orders
  • Applying labels and verifying medication information for accuracy
  • Scanning and organizing medications for shipment
  • Maintaining inventory and stocking pharmacy supplies
  • Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient
  • Identifying and communicating medication or inventory discrepancies
  • Learning and assisting in other areas of the fulfillment process as needed
  • Working closely with pharmacists and fellow team members to ensure orders are accurately and on time
