Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment Lead
About The Position
Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Fulfillment Lead to join our team! As the Fulfillment Lead your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Complete daily workflow assignments in fulfillment areas including packaging, delivery, and purchasing. Maintain a clean workstation, replenish supplies when needed. Ensure the storage of medications/supplies follows all regulations and policies. Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service Collaborates with the Fulfillment Supervisor or Department Supervisor to ensure compliance with state and federal regulation. Assist with orientation and training of staff. Create schedules for Fulfillment
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician License required in appropriate state.
- Ability to implement procedures with understanding of goals and objectives within the department.
- Ability to work with other department leads in an interconnected matrix environment.
