About The Position
Description Position Summary: Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist ‐ and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and the standard policies and procedures of the department ‐ assists the pharmacist in all aspects of the medication, IV solution, and pharmaceutical supply distribution systems.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred but not required for hire.
- All Technicians will be encouraged to pass the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam.
- Supporting educational material will be provided.
- Previous Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
