Requirements
- Must be able to select and prepare pharmaceuticals by name and dosage.
- Must be able to place medicines in proper containers with correct label.
- Must be able to make required notations on order match items and in corresponding records.
- Must be able to prepare I.V. admixtures under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Pharmacist by selecting and preparing pharmaceuticals by name and dosage as listed on patient order.
- Placing medicines in proper containers with correct label and making required notations on order match items and in corresponding records.
- Preparing I.V. admixtures under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist.
- Performing other duties as required.
