About The Position

At Family & Children’s Services Pharmacy, you can build a rewarding pharmacy career without sacrificing your life outside of work. Enjoy no weekends, no holidays, no late-night closes, full benefits, and up to 35 paid days off in your first year. You’ll join a busy, team-focused, nonprofit, behavioral health pharmacy where your work has a real purpose: helping clients overcome barriers and get the medications they need. This isn't your typical retail pharmacy. Our pharmacy is an important part of the client's overall care team. We work closely with prescribers, nurses, case managers, insurance plans, patient assistance programs, and other FCS programs to help clients access their medications. Our technicians rotate through 10 different pharmacy stations, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of pharmacy skills and keeping your workday varied. We are looking for someone who can work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while also bringing compassion, critical thinking, and a team-first attitude to work every day.
