About The Position
At North Vista Hospital, Pharmacy Techs assist the Pharmacist, under the Pharmacist’s supervision, in the daily operation of the Pharmacy. North Vista Hospital is an accredited 177-bed hospital in North Las Vegas, Nevada, and provides a broad range of healthcare services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration required if required by state regulations.
- PTCB or NHA certification is required, or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous pharmacy technician experience.
- Graduate of an ASHP-accredited or equivalent pharmacy technician training program.
- 340B program experience, if working at a 340B facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist, under the Pharmacist’s supervision, in the daily operation of the Pharmacy.
