We are searching for a talented Pharmacy Tech Trainee to join our team at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. This role is crucial in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care for our patients.
Requirements
- High School graduate or the equivalent is required, or currently enrolled in a program which awards such a degree or certificate.
- Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee is required upon hire.
- Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required within 1,500 hours of hire or 1 year whichever is shorter.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician Trainee performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
