As a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by positively supporting our pharmacy teams. You will communicate with other health care providers, review patient records, provide immunizations (where allowed by law), and fill medication orders while following HIPPA guidelines. You will provide courteous customer service and assist the Pharmacist on duty in maintaining the clean and orderly appearance of the pharmacy area, prioritizing work, and processing prescription orders in compliance with Federal and State laws and company policies and procedures. Albertsons will train you to become a pharmacy technician, offering classes from our pharmacy learning and development team, pharmacy computer system, and hands-on training with our teams.

Responsibilities

  • Positively supporting our pharmacy teams.
