We are searching for a talented Pharmacy Tech-Oncology to join our team. This role involves preparing products using aseptic techniques and batching medications following USP797/800 guidelines, performing cleaning, purchasing supplies and medications, and generating automated dispensing machine (ADM) reports.

Requirements

High School graduate or the equivalent is required.
Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification is required within 18 months of hire.
One year of related work experience is required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

Additional clinical course work or training is preferred.
Three years of related work experience is preferred.
Previous clean-room and/or oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of duties involving responsibility in preparing products using aseptic techniques and batching medications following USP797/800 guidelines.
Perform all cleaning per guidelines.
Purchasing of supplies and medications.
Generating automated dispensing machine (ADM) reports with appropriate follow-up.
