About The Position
Saint Luke's Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Tech to join our team! The pharmacy is URAC accredited and a great opportunity for retail technicians looking for new experiences. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist performs all accountabilities associated with compounding, preparing, distributing and charging of medications. Assist in the filling and delivery of medication orders, and assist with various duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Missouri Pharmacy Tech license
- Certified Pharmacy Technician required within 18 months of hire.
- Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician - Various
- Driver's License - Various
- Pharmacy Technician (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
Responsibilities
- Deliver medications
- Pick, fill and deliver medication to appropriate locations
- Assist with maintaining stock supplies in pharmacy department as needed
- Answer the phone and assist with questions and requests
- Attend all department and technician meetings
