Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to providers' offices and members. Assisting Pharmacists. Typing prescriptions, initiating refill requests. Learning how Mail Order works and being able to navigate our different computer applications (outlook, LINKS, compass, TEAMS) Schedule is Monday through Friday

Requirements

Hawaii Technician Registered as of January 1, 2026.
Minimum of one to three years' experience in customer service or a related role, including experience in research and problem resolution.
Strong skills in the area of research, analysis, and problem resolution.
Proficient computer skills and strong data entry skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with plan members.
Ability to prioritize and quickly adapt to changing needs in the department.
Ability to read written prescriptions.

Nice To Haves

Health insurance background and knowledge of pharmacy terminology.
