Pharmacy Tech - ICU Sat Tech - 7on/7off days
About The Position
Assists pharmacists in filling, compounding, and dispensing physician orders. Performs technical duties involving the handling, packaging, and delivery of pharmaceuticals. The Pharmacy Tech II demonstrates proficiency in two or more pharmacy function areas, such as production/distribution, oncology, inventory management, narcotics, nursery, surgery, compounding, and home care/outpatient. Provides patient care services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days on and seven days off, Wednesday through Tuesday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia.
- One year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
