About The Position
Temple University Hospital is a nationally respected teaching hospital on Temple University's bustling Health Sciences Center campus. The hospital provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services both basic and complex to patients from around the corner, across the country and around the world. As the chief clinical training site for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, the hospital provides a dynamic environment for high-quality care, teaching, and cutting edge research. Assists the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients and patient care areas. Identifies, prepares, packages, labels and delivers medications, including sterile products, under the supervision of a pharmacist. Must obtain Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration by June 28, 2026.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- PA Registered Pharm Tech
- Must obtain Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration by June 28, 2026.
Nice To Haves
- General Experience in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician training program or equivalent combination of education and experience
