About The Position

The Pharmacy Services Manager will oversee pharmacy operations, focusing on fulfillment, scheduling, and team management. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy technician responsibilities and leadership capabilities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery in a specialty pharmacy environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy or high-volume environment.
• Strong experience in fulfillment operations, scheduling, and team management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Process-driven mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead pharmacy technicians in a specialty pharmacy setting.
• Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate prescription dispensing.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.
