About The Position

To work collaboratively with key stakeholders assuring compliance with all rules and regulations governing drug management and benefits. All functions are performed under the supervision of the Residency Director.

Requirements

• Pay Range: $53,060.80-$87,547.20

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care and medication therapy management for complex patients as part of primary care practice utilizing the electronic health record
• Responsible for providing medication therapy management and collaborative disease management services to help patients manage their disease states
• Provides pharmacy services both face to face and telephonic
• Additional responsibilities may also involve training of University of Rhode Island PharmD candidates
• Performs other various job-related duties as assigned
