This job concentrates on the development of clinical practice skills. The Resident actively participates in multidisciplinary patient care rounds and teaching conferences where knowledge of the medication use process will be developed via patient care and distributive activities. The Resident develops knowledge of drug use policy and basic management skills. The Resident develops communication skills through writing assignments, presentations, and day-to-day interactions with health care professionals.
