About The Position

Baptist Health Pharmacy teams are committed to ensuring the optimal, safe, and effective use of medications for all patients through advanced technology and innovative application of skilled personnel to improve clinical outcomes and community health in a value-based environment. The Pharmacy Residency Program Coordinator will be responsible for the direction, conduct, and oversight of the residency program(s) and will maintain responsibility for the implementation and adherence to the ASHP residency accreditation standards, regulations, educations, and policies. This role will collaborate with the Pharmacy Director in managing the Pharmacy Residency Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College of Pharmacy
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• KY Pharmacist License in good standing
• BLS within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Direction, conduct, and oversight of the residency program(s)
• Implementation and adherence to ASHP residency accreditation standards, regulations, educations, and policies
• Collaboration with the Pharmacy Director in managing the Pharmacy Residency Program
