About The Position

Responsible for the coordination of the pharmacy quality and regulatory programs. Plans, gathers, measures and analyzing data and quality metrics. Conducts accreditation and regulatory tasks/activities and collaborates with pharmacy leadership to incorporate accreditation and regulatory standards into pharmacy operations for the departments/areas assigned.

Requirements

  • Active health-care related professional registration or licensure (e.g., Registered Pharmacist, Registered Nurse, Registered Pharmacy Technician)
  • Associate's degree required
  • 3 years of healthcare experience in pharmacy, quality, accreditation, patient safety, or related healthcare field
  • Strong and professional communication skills, with ability to articulate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: capable of drawing unbiased conclusions and formulating actionable plans based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-up/follow through skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • Healthcare accreditation-related certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Epic experience, including Epic Willow Ambulatory
  • Experience and participation in cross-functional, interdisciplinary, or system-level initiatives
  • 5 years experience in pharmacy, preferred in the ambulatory setting (specialty pharmacy, home/ambulatory infusion)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting accreditation surveys, regulatory compliance activities, or quality improvement programs within and healthcare setting
