About The Position

This role is responsible for leading program excellence by orchestrating the daily operations of assigned pharmacy programs, ensuring all schedules, budgets, and project plans are optimized to support clinical goals. The coordinator will drive strategic growth by coordinating and championing program promotions to targeted audiences, serving as a primary advocate to increase awareness and engagement with vital pharmacy services. They will optimize operational outcomes by monitoring program performance against established milestones, proactively recommending innovative adjustments to ensure every initiative delivers maximum impact. Additionally, the role empowers leadership decision-making by synthesizing complex data into clear, professional reports and presentations that provide program leaders with the insights needed to steer future strategy. The coordinator will also champion patient advocacy by leveraging expertise in medical billing and insurance literacy to navigate complex care journeys, ensuring financial and administrative barriers never stand in the way of patient health.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Proven, non-negotiable expertise in medical billing, coding, and healthcare insurance structures to ensure program sustainability.
Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and tracking complex data sets to produce actionable reporting and performance insights.
