About The Position
Accredo is hiring production clerks to stock, pick, and pack pharmacy prescriptions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the accuracy of each prescription order for every patient. Accredo aims to simplify and improve pharmacy services, focusing on ensuring patients receive the medications they need at affordable prices. Requirements
- Basic math skills
- General computer skills
- General computer program knowledge including Microsoft Office and use of the internet and email
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to speak English is required for this position due to the need to communicate safety rules on the shop floor
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of shift
Responsibilities
- Dispense and pack prescriptions in preparation for shipment
- Process prescriptions
- Follow-up with patient issues
- Data entry and reference database as needed
