You will lead the design and delivery of clear, effective customer communications that keep patients informed on order status, next steps, and resolution paths. By partnering cross-functionally, you will quickly address exceptions and implement solutions tailored to diverse patient’s needs, driving both exceptional customer experience and strong operational performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy and/or corporate environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end, shaping the problem, setting a roadmap, and driving delivery through to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong ability to translate complex operational or technical scenarios into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with outbound messaging platforms and experimentation (segmentation, A/B testing).
  • Strong ability to translate complex operational or technical scenarios into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Experience in digital engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for leadership presentations.
  • Advanced degree, e.g. MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD.
