About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience and inspiring associates to deliver excellent customer service. The position involves establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customer return, achieving sales and profit goals for the department, controlling quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly scheduling and staffing technicians to meet business needs.
