About The Position

This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience and inspiring associates to deliver excellent customer service. It involves establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return, achieving sales and profit goals for the department, controlling quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly scheduling and staffing technicians to meet business needs. The role also requires monitoring all department functions, duties, and activities, and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fry’s Food Stores, based in Arizona, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 120 stores throughout Arizona. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience and inspire associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, control all established quality assurance standards and expenses and properly schedule and staff technicians to meet the needs of the business.
  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities for the department.
