About The Position

The Pharmacy/Pharmacist Asst Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy. This role involves achieving sales and profit goals for the department, controlling quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly scheduling and staffing technicians. The Assistant Pharmacy Manager will oversee all departmental functions, duties, and activities, including customer service, operational workflow, technician supervision, and patient consultation, while demonstrating the company's core values. Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
  • Control all established quality assurance standards and expenses

  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities for the department
  • Provide customer service
