About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity at a community pharmacy in the Friday Harbor area. This role will lead daily pharmacy operations while supporting patient care, team development, and overall pharmacy performance. Requirements
- Active Washington Pharmacist License
- 3+ years of pharmacist experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Lead and support pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Review and verify prescriptions
- Provide patient counseling and clinical support
- Manage inventory and medication ordering
