About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager at Albertsons Companies leads pharmacy operations and serves as the pharmacist in charge under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and contributes to a team providing direct patient care and wellness services. The manager supports disease state management, optimizes medication therapy, delivers patient-centered care, and assists with acute and chronic conditions. The position involves working in a fast-paced, evolving retail pharmacy environment and may require a variety of schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.
• Be responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
